Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, no physical item will be shipped to you.
After successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through the order confirmation page, download page, email, or another digital delivery method provided by our store.
Digital products are normally available shortly after payment has been successfully processed.
If you do not receive your product:
- Check your email inbox.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are checking the email address used when placing your order.
- Contact us at calmthechaos.support@gmail.com if you still cannot access your purchase.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address during checkout.
